Análisis de factores que influyen en adquirir competencias en Dirección de Proyectos (ICB4), al finalizar la carrera de ingeniería

Abstract

At an international level, competencies are considered to include not only the skills but also the knowledge and skills of the individual, acquiring them helps to achieve professional performance and development successfully. The present investigation is carried out in a subject of projects that is taught in the last year of the career of Industrial and Systems Engineering, the sample will be made up of all the students enrolled in the course (80). In this research, a statistical analysis of the results of the initial and final evaluations of the project management competencies according to the ICB4 promoted in the subject is carried out, in order to select those that stand out and develop significantly. Secondly, taking into account the results obtained, attention is focused on the factors that can generate an improvement in the acquisition of said competencies, deepening their causes and verifying what factors influence or explain the competition, through a methodology of mixed analysis.
