| dc.description | A nivel internacional se considera que las competencias engloban no solo las habilidades sino también el conocimiento y las destrezas del individuo, adquirirlas ayuda a lograr desempeñarse y desarrollarse profesionalmente de forma exitosa. La presente investigación se lleva a cabo en una asignatura de proyectos que se imparte en el último año de la carrera de ingeniería industrial y de Sistemas, la muestra estará conformada por la totalidad de alumnos matriculados en el curso (80). En esta investigación se realiza en primer lugar, un análisis estadístico de los resultados de las evaluaciones iniciales y finales de las competencias en dirección de proyectos según la ICB4 promovidas en la asignatura, con el objetivo de seleccionar aquellas que destacan y se desarrollan significativamente. En segundo lugar, tomando en cuenta los resultados obtenidos, se procede a focalizar la atención en los factores que pueden generar una mejora en la adquisición de dichas competencias, profundizando en sus causas y verificando que factores influyen o explican la competencia, mediante una metodología de análisis mixto. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | At an international level, competencies are considered to include not only the skills but also the knowledge and skills of the individual, acquiring them helps to achieve professional performance and development successfully. The present investigation is carried out in a subject of projects that is taught in the last year of the career of Industrial and Systems Engineering, the sample will be made up of all the students enrolled in the course (80). In this research, a statistical analysis of the results of the initial and final evaluations of the project management competencies according to the ICB4 promoted in the subject is carried out, in order to select those that stand out and develop significantly. Secondly, taking into account the results obtained, attention is focused on the factors that can generate an improvement in the acquisition of said competencies, deepening their causes and verifying what factors influence or explain the competition, through a methodology of mixed analysis. | es_ES |
