Road projects are becoming more efficient and dynamic, due to the way in which each stage of the project is managed and a cause of sincerer planning among all interested areas validated by expert judgment. On the other hand, the control and monitoring is permanent in the execution stage, this is sustained from its conception by the large volume of work and limited amount of activities that facilitate the control, a difference of the civil works that are planned with the activities and Less workload.
This research proposes a procedure for using the time - road graph, as a planning, control and monitoring tool for specific use in road projects, used in the road corridor project: Empalme PE - 3S (Abancay Deviation) - Santo Tomás - Yauri - Héctor Tejeda - Empalme PE - 3S (Ayaviri), Contract sections III and V.
The case study in the present investigation was developed through the use of the time - road graph, and the results were compared with the tools of standard use in projects in general, under the same analysis conditions. Therefore, the time - road graph proves to be the most efficiently determined tool specifically in road projects.
