In this paper, we study of the different phases for the implementation of agile methodologies has been carried out. Although there are publications of success cases in the management of software development projects using these methodologies, there are not so many studies conducted to measure success in other industrial sectors or even different departments of the same organizations.
The initial review lists the different motivations and needs that drive organizations to change their culture, procedures and ways of doing. Next, it was considered necessary to study the validated techniques that allow selecting the best agile methodology for each specific context of the organization. Therefore, it was analyzed whether the roles, activities and tools already validated within the “agile” philosophy for the management of software projects, can be also transferable and effective for other departments, like human resources processes for example.
The final proposal of the study makes a proposal to adapt these “agile” methodologies for human resources departments with the aim of promoting usability and improving the organization as a whole.
