    Abstract
    The management of risk is a crucial process to the success of any business. The importance of address of risk even puts on bigger in an industry than it adopts many uncertainties like the sector of the construction, mainly in a developing country. Consequently, it is important to have a process of management of firm risk that help the improvement to the construction. Two of the most important aspects in a process of management of sure risk are identification of risk and answer of risk. Contractors that work in the sector of the construction, national or international, have necessity of a simple but effective tool properly him to help them to identify the risks that they can find and the methods of the answer associated to these risks. Under the four risk response techniques normally recognized different, they found 101 risk response methods to be effective in the 140 techniques studied in this research.
