It has long been talk of working model Flipped Classroom. This model is characterized by transferring certain processes work outside the classroom learning and use class time, along with the experience of teaching, to facilitate and enhance other processes of knowledge acquisition and practice in the classroom. Class time is thus released for project-based learning, reflection on one's own learning, or counseling among students, and also exploit the benefits that new information and communications technology bring in education.
This article describes the teaching experience carried out during the academic year 2015-2016 in the subject "Project Scheduling with MS Project" taught in the Master's Degree in Project Management at the Universitat Politècnica de València. First the context of both the methodology to be implemented as of the subject is exposed, then the strategy that has been carried out and finally the academic results obtained are analyzed arises.
