Nowadays, most of the projects involve some sort teamwork. The ability to work within a time planning is therefore a fundamental skill for the students to acquire during their education. The development of tasks and projects by work teams of different sizes have been included as one of the mail elements of learning in many subjects and, in particular, those related to project management. However, one of the difficulties of the development of these activities is the individual assessment of performance of each student, especially those teams with a higher number of participants, which allow to offer a more complex and realistic approach in projects. In this paper the use of surveys is treated as an element that can facilitate such assessment and even detect internal malfunctions. For this purpose, their use in several subjects on the field of project management is discussed.
