EVOLUCIÓN DE LA VIABILIDAD ECONÓMICA DE LAS INSTALACIONES FOTOVOLTAICAS EN ESPAÑA

Abstract

Since 25 May 2007 was published the RD 661/2007, which regulated the production of electrical energy in special regime, ratifying the development of renewable energy and in particular of photovoltaic solar energy, successive changes in the regulations have been produced in regards to the economic conditions that affect significantly to this type of facilities. Economic measures that have been proposed to encourage investment in photovoltaic systems have been FIT, tariff and tax regulations, which are have gone modulating based on the achievement targets of installed power and rate deficit. The objective of this work is to analyse how the evolution of the regulatory framework has affected the profitability of photovoltaic installations, by applying Royal Decrees and Laws on approved to various type of projects.
