| dc.description | Desde que el 25 de mayo de 2007 se publicará el RD 661/2007, que supuso la regulación de la producción de energía eléctrica en régimen especial y la apuesta por el desarrollo de las energías renovables, y en particular de la energía solar fotovoltaica, se han ido produciendo sucesivos cambios en el marco regulatorio de este sector que ha afectado de manera significativa al régimen económico de dichas instalaciones. Las medidas económicas que se han propuesto para incentivar la inversión en instalaciones fotovoltaicas han sido primas, tarifas y regulaciones fiscales, que se han ido modulando en función del logro los objetivos marcados de potencia instalada y del déficit de tarifa. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar cómo la evolución del marco normativo ha afectado a la rentabilidad de las instalaciones fotovoltaicas, aplicando los reales decretos y leyes sucesivamente aprobados a diversos proyectos tipo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Since 25 May 2007 was published the RD 661/2007, which regulated the production of electrical energy in special regime, ratifying the development of renewable energy and in particular of photovoltaic solar energy, successive changes in the regulations have been produced in regards to the economic conditions that affect significantly to this type of facilities. Economic measures that have been proposed to encourage investment in photovoltaic systems have been FIT, tariff and tax regulations, which are have gone modulating based on the achievement targets of installed power and rate deficit. The objective of this work is to analyse how the evolution of the regulatory framework has affected the profitability of photovoltaic installations, by applying Royal Decrees and Laws on approved to various type of projects. | es_ES |
