One of the most critical tasks of the complex reality that characterizes the experience design is the evaluation phase. In recent years have been created many tools in order to better understand the perception of the user based on the experience with a product or service, but there are still shortcomings.
Alternatively the multimethod tools based on biometric measurements are presented. In this type, one of the most focused experience evaluation tool is the Eyeface. A tool that consists of two devices, the eye-tracking and Facereader.
The paper emphasizes that the multimethod tools (the ones that are based on biometric measurements) are a key element to face the ultimate integration of experience design into the business in the near future.
