LA OPTIMIZACIÓN DE UNA CARTERA DE PROYECTOS PRIORIZADA MEDIANTE ANALISIS MULTICRITERIO PARA SU CONVERSION EN UNA CARTERA DE PROYECTOS EFECTIVA

Abstract

One of the main axioms of project portfolio research is the independence between projects. This axiom allows us to study every project by itself but in practical cases we have to take into account the simultaneous executions of other projects. In previous articles we have obtained a prioritized project portfolio and we have discarded from the portfolio the projects that were incompatible with better-valued projects. In this paper a further step is advanced as we model the dependency between projects and the influence of combining projects in the valuation. This problem has not been approached in recent literature and allows advancing from an isolated projects portfolio to a combined projects portfolio.
