    Abstract
    The definition of the project team as a group of people, mobilized around some goals, that work temporarily, according to a set of values or behaviors, to achieve a goal in common, at present, is simplistic. In the current social context, get their basic needs, everyone seeks the achievement of higher levels of growth and personal development. Therefore, a project team is effective and efficient not only when it manages to solve technical issues but when gets a workplace in which through the interpersonal relations each members of the group get self-actualization. Therefore, among all the team development strategies, it is necessary to enhance those relating to the motivation of team members. The objective of this work is the identification and classification of motivation factors that improve skills, relationships between the members of the team and the group environment to achieve better results
