The present work shows the beginnings of the experience that has been made to the subject of Industrial Risk Prevention at the University of Cádiz. This experience is based on the use of new technologies. In particular in the use of video games specifically designed for a subject. The main decision on the use of this tool is the great affinity of the younger generation with these technologies, and alternative use in teaching. We try to consolidate knowledge playing. Through the game, students seeking the solution to a problem, in this way it is possible to assess the acquired knowledge about a particular subject, simulating situations that are possible to find in reality. This is a complement to others works done in recent years in the ESI of Cádiz, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design. To perform this experiment we used the e-Adventure platform, which consists of the learning based on video games, on this platform students can practice from home before and / or after face to face teaching activities , or situations that are difficult to simulate in our facilities. We try to encourage the student in a different way to get his attention.
