    Resumen
    The CBC plan, its part of the Defense & Space division in the Airbus group, is located in El Puerto de Santa María and it is dedicated to the manufacture of high technological complexity parts and aeroestructures. It was necessary to realize a deep transformation of the plant of the CBC. This was carried out through an implantation of Lean tools and its principles, which took to increases of productivity and diminution to us of expenses. With these profits, we obtained, to compete in the market and to obtain packages of work. This transformation was carried out from the point of view Lean, since we have commented, but a special emphasis in the human factor became, taking the first steps in the Human Factory. In the conference it is described: first what was the started situation of the plant, the project that was defined, the landmarks that went away reaching and the packages of work that were obtained.
