| dc.description | La planta del CBC, perteneciente a la división de Defence & Space del grupo Airbus, está ubicada en El Puerto de Santa María y se dedica a la fabricación de elementos de alta complejidad tecnológica y aeroestructuras. Fue necesario realizar una profunda transformación de la planta del CBC. Esto se llevó a cabo a través de una implantación de herramientas Lean y sus principios, que nos llevó a aumentos de productividad y disminución de gastos. Con estos logros, conseguimos, competir en el mercado y conseguir paquetes de trabajo. Esta transformación fue llevada a cabo desde el punto de vista Lean, como hemos comentado, pero se hizo un especial énfasis en el factor humano, dando los primeros pasos en la Human Factory. En la conferencia se describe: primero cual era la situación de la partida de la planta, el proyecto que se definió, los hitos que se fueron alcanzando y los paquetes de trabajo que se consiguieron. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The CBC plan, its part of the Defense & Space division in the Airbus group, is located in El Puerto de Santa María and it is dedicated to the manufacture of high technological complexity parts and aeroestructures. It was necessary to realize a deep transformation of the plant of the CBC. This was carried out through an implantation of Lean tools and its principles, which took to increases of productivity and diminution to us of expenses. With these profits, we obtained, to compete in the market and to obtain packages of work. This transformation was carried out from the point of view Lean, since we have commented, but a special emphasis in the human factor became, taking the first steps in the Human Factory. In the conference it is described: first what was the started situation of the plant, the project that was defined, the landmarks that went away reaching and the packages of work that were obtained. | es_ES |
