The goal of this study was to obtain productivity and technological parameters changes (Páez, et al, 1998; Salamanca, 2004; Fuenmayor et al, 2010; Molina et al, 2009) to identify intervention points to increase milk production. The information was obtained from 2004 to 2014 about: Herd composition; Type and management of pastures; Supply of concentrates and mineral salts; Reproduction form; Type of milking and Records production: (l-cow-year), and productivity (l-ha-year). Was typified 18 farms by technology level and surface range. The technical practices responded to the communication project to the development accomplished by Casa Campesina Cayambe Foundation what provided credit and promoted the technical development.
According the technological level typification, the productivity E1 (4346 and 12 600 l-ha-year) was higher than E2 and E3 of ST and T respectively in to the 2014. The conclusion is that E1 have a higher production because the credit permited the adoption of the practices but the empowerment too (Cazorla, 2006).
