    Abstract
    From the data of the Reports of the Ministry of Education of Labor Insertion of the university graduates it is possible to conclude some interesting conclusions as a result of the analysis of the data of labor insertion of the Spanish university graduates of official university qualifications that enable for the exercise of The professions of Industrial Engineer and Industrial Technical Engineer: - The Industrial Engineers mainly develop their contracted activity in companies with indefinite contracts, which, at four years, agree on 81.7% of their studies (compared to 58.22% of the ITI) and with a remuneration 80% of the cases exceed € 24k (compared to 42% of the ITIs), and in 30% of cases it exceeds 36k € (compared to 9% of the ITIs). - The ITI professionally exercise as self-employed more than the Industrial Engineers, resorting more to the formula of the self-employment that the Industrial Engineers Information that is very interesting to show that both professions are different and have a different scope of professional practice.
