npS® is a methodological technique for personal, academic and professional development, which, starting from Project Management fundamentals, Mentoring/Coaching processes, conflict and negotiation resolutions, Design Thinking and other personal development techniques, as well as from key aspects of Psycho-sociology, evolves from cooperative learning, PBL-ABP models, Flipped Classroom, Cases Study and Win-Win models, enabling to promote permanent learning throughout life (ALV), by increasing the competence level of people at least at 12 key competences: learning to learn, solving conflicts/problems, decision making, teamwork, resilience, digital identity, solutions/projects orientation, personal effectiveness, motivation, communication, planning and organization, and emotional intelligence, which contribute to successful results in multiple areas.
For npS®, competence includes different knowledges ranging from “knowing” to “wanting” integrating technical, behaviour and contextual competences.
This communication presents the main results and conclusions obtained in some of the experiences which, based on npS® methodology application, have been put into practice in the last years by their developers.
