Abstract

The development of a project of the importance for our company as was the construction of the Topside (power stations) and the Jacket of the windfarm Wikinger. It was a preventive challenge mainly focused on the activity of coordination of business activities. This project differed two stages and where preventive responsibilities and functions were also affected. Onshore during the manufacture of the Topsides and Jacket in our facilities and Offshore that contemplates the platform in its assemblage definitive anchorage. Onshore phase - our facilities - application of the RD – 171/2004 Navantia is responsible of the coordination, assuming the function of main entrepreneur and defining the Casuistry of coordination imposed: companies hired directly by Navantia, ship-owner, companies hired by the ship-owner, customer IBR, companies contracted by the customer... Based on our SGPRL, certified OHSAS 18001 and through the procedures: P-C - GMA-PRL-002 coordination of business activities in Navantia and P APR-CAL-003 access industry auxiliary Control. In the Offshore phase, Navantia during Assembly of the platform in the Baltic Sea becomes a subcontracted company by what the application of the procedure P_C-GMA-PRL-005 of coordination of business activities; It will be for Navantia as a concurrent company.
