ESTUDIO DE LA CONTAMINACIÓN DE FRUTAS Y VERDURAS POR CAUSA DE METALES PESADOS

Abstract

Today the contamination of food is still a matter to be treated, since it has become one of the main problems for humanity. The human beings through the large industries, household waste, agricultural practices, mining and electrical industries, among others, has caused and continues to cause damage to the environment (air, soil and water), and thorugh the food chain to human beings. Around the world the fruits and vegetables are very much consumed foods, so its great demand, as well as specific cases of illnesses reported around various sources of contamination, moves to investigate possible contamination of heavy metals. For this reason it is necessary to deepen and more research on this topic, in search of possible solutions to this problematic that us affects to all. In this work they are exposed we turn out to be obtained across analysis of fruit and vegetables samples, gathered of the surroundings of a golden mine, analyzed by means of spectrometry of atomic emission with coupling plasma inductively ICP-OES.
