    Abstract
Currently, there are different systems of driving assistance which aims to increase the efficient driving. However, these systems are limited to conventional vehicles and are used to indicate the RPM level and the efficient gear. To perform a driving efficient more deep in vehicles of ultra-low consumption (electrical car, solar car, etc.), is necessary issue an assistance to indicate others parameters additional (as how use the gas pedal and the route more efficient, etc.). This assistance must take into account the current state of traffic and meteorology, vertical traffic signs, the energy consumption in real time and the most efficient route including the gradient of the route. There are various systems capable of consolidate an assistance of this kind: an OBD/Bluetooth link can be deployed to obtain the operating parameters in real time; is possible use a system GIS to know the level of traffic and the efficient route; we can apply an artificial vision system; etc. The objective of this paper is evaluate this systems on the bibliography and his application for conventional or general vehicles and his application in ultra-low power vehicles. Also, evaluate the requirements of this vehicles.
