In recent years, the excessive growth of cities and the lack of planning of public and private transport systems within cities have led to the growth of vehicular traffic, environmental pollution and noise; This is where one of the models of greater acceptance and boom takes shape, which has passed in a very short time to occupy a prominent place in the political and social agenda, which corresponds to the Smart Cities "Smart Cities", where Are purely technological processes, but rather a model of governance, planning and management that seeks to offer cities a more sustainable, integrated, competitive city to improve the living conditions of their inhabitants.
This study proposes the design of a maturity model for the management of mobility and transportation systems in Smart Cities based on expert judgment.
