| dc.description | En los últimos años el crecimiento desmesurado de las ciudades y la falta de planificación de los sistemas de transporte públicos y privados dentro de las ciudades, han llevado a ver cómo crece el tráfico vehicular, la contaminación ambiental y acústica; he aquí donde toma fuerza uno de los modelos de mayor aceptación y auge, que ha pasado en muy poco tiempo a ocupar un lugar destacado en la agenda política y social, el cual corresponde a las Ciudades inteligentes “Smart Cities”, en donde no se tratan procesos meramente tecnológicos, sino que es un modelo de gobernanza, planificación y gestión que busca ofrecer a las ciudades ser una ciudad más sostenible, integrada, competitiva, para la mejora de las condiciones de vida de sus habitantes. En el presente estudio se propone el diseño de un modelo de madurez para la gestión de la movilidad y los sistemas de transporte en Smart Cities en base a juicio de expertos. | es_ES |
