The communication consists on a methodology for managing the performance evaluation. This methodology tries to provide to Project Managers with a tool that allows them to determine if a work group maintains acceptable values in work performance issues. The performance can be understood as the labour efficiency and attitude of the workers during the development of their tasks or achievement of their goals.
The centre of the methodology is the performance evaluation and its core are an established indicators and metrics. Based on them, and from the results obtained through computer tools, it is performed an analysis of these results.
The scheme determines that, in first place, the Performance Evaluation plan is performed. Secondly, the analysis of the results over indicators is carried out. Thirdly, the reports are created with the corrective measures and solutions contemplated by the Method for each evaluation question; And finally, these corrective measures are applied.
