NEW METHODOLOGIES FOR INTEGRATED PROJECT SELECTION AND PROGRAMMING IN PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Project Portfolio Management is involved in selecting the “right projects to do”, so that the firm could achieve its financial and strategic objectives. To this aim, several methodologies have been developed (usually related to financial valuation) in ord
