Abstract

This paper introduces five of the project's main risk management reference frameworks, Project Management Body of Knowledge of the Project Management Institute, PRINCE 2 of the UK Office Government Commerce, Open Project Management Methodology of the European Comission Centre of Excellence in Project Management, Project Risk Analysis and Management Guide (PRAM) of the Association for Project Management, and the ISO 31000 family of standards, presenting their objectives, structure, phases, processes, and linked tools, in order to assess its completeness, scope and simplicity/complexity of use.
