    Resumen
Execution of construction works of a building with underground plants sharing dividing walls on adjacent plots usually affects the adjoining buildings and the surrounding environment. Between 2005 and 2010 more than one hundred cases of landslides of buildings in Spain were detected. These buildings shared dividing walls with contiguous plots where it was building or ex-cavating at that moment. In order to establish a detailed registry of cases of building collapse and a link between the problem and its causes, a database of buildings that share walls with plots in which construction of buildings with underground plants is being executed, is pre-sented. This database is formed by 136 cases (55 with collapse) and 14 variables or attributes. It can be used in an expert sys-tem to determine the most appropriate method of foundation/containment in each case.
