ANÁLISIS DE CONTENIDOS PARA EL ESTUDIO DE BIENES DEL PATRIMONIO INDUSTRIAL EN LA LEGISLACIÓN DEL ESTADO Y DE COMUNIDADES AUTÓNOMAS

Abstract

The statewide general regulation of industrial heritage is established by the Law 16/1985 of the Spanish Historical Heritage. Moreover, due of the competencies that has been transferred to the autonomous regions, there are regional laws about historical heritage. This legislation includes as well, whether implicitly or explicitly, several considerations on industrial heritage. In this case, these laws will be examined in order to extract its conceptual elements as well as its main contents, always related to industrial heritage, not only by their defining and qualifying aspects, but also from the perspective of the development of intervention projects. Further, the interest of these documents from the perspective of the industrial engineering and their study is analyzed. Keywords: heritage; industrial; heritage-law
