| dc.description | La regulación general a nivel estatal del patrimonio industrial viene establecida mediante la Ley 16/1985 del Patrimonio Histórico Español. Por otra parte, y en virtud a las competencias que en este campo están transferidas a las comunidades autónomas, se tienen las respectivas leyes autonómicas sobre patrimonio histórico, que a su vez incluyen -implícita o explícitamente- la consideración del patrimonio industrial. En este caso se van a analizar estas leyes a fin de extraer los elementos conceptuales que incluyen, así como sus principales contenidos, siempre relativos al patrimonio industrial, tanto en sus aspectos definitorios y clasificatorios como desde el punto de vista del desarrollo de proyectos de intervención. Colateralmente se va a valorar también el interés de los contenidos de estas regulaciones legislativas desde el punto de vista de la Ingeniería Industrial y de su estudio. | dc.description.abstract | The statewide general regulation of industrial heritage is established by the Law 16/1985 of the Spanish Historical Heritage. Moreover, due of the competencies that has been transferred to the autonomous regions, there are regional laws about historical heritage. This legislation includes as well, whether implicitly or explicitly, several considerations on industrial heritage. In this case, these laws will be examined in order to extract its conceptual elements as well as its main contents, always related to industrial heritage, not only by their defining and qualifying aspects, but also from the perspective of the development of intervention projects. Further, the interest of these documents from the perspective of the industrial engineering and their study is analyzed. Keywords: heritage; industrial; heritage-law | es_ES |
