La contratación pública de obras municipales. Análisis de los proyectos de alumbrado público.

Abstract

The public procurement of works from the local administration includes building projects, civil works as well as repair, rehabilitation and maintenance of municipal infrastructure such as lighting, air conditioning, roads and sidewalks, etc., which involves a very wide range of types of work. Following a study carried out on the public contracting of works in the Valencian Community during the years 2016 and 2017, it has been possible to confirm that public lighting projects (whether new installations or improvements to existing ones) are relatively frequent. For this reason, this communication is proposed to carry out an analysis of this type of project, identifying its main characteristics, typologies, economic impact, aspects of the tender, etc.
