    Abstract
As the compilation of the technical documentation of a project occurs, in its different phases, it is compiled, archived and stored for years. If there were also a digital version of it, what advantages would it have, and what structure of permits would it require. More than a problem, the existence of a digital compilation is an invaluable help for the quality, engineering, construction and contract departments. Nowadays, in addition to scanning, the text recognition tool is available, which allows massive data searches in a documentation folder. In this way, a technical team can order the project documentation regardless of the distance at which it operates and developing orderly compilations of it. On the one hand, the advantages of distance compilation are; global availability through a series of permits, immediate availability of updated information, and as a backup. On the other hand, it has the disadvantages of the need for technical and human resources, as well as a greater vulnerability to industrial secrecy or Know How. The preparation of the premises for the systematization of the compilation is the object of this initiative.
