The construction sector has evolved quickly in recent decades with the existence of increasingly complex projects and more risks, while they have been growing demands on product quality and service. The stalemate in the sector and the introduction of inexperienced promoters as banks or investment funds along with the usual delays and cost overruns deadlines are widespread economic use of Project Management system and techniques and the use of the model contract "turnkey".
The type of contract "turnkey" leads to better communication and coordination between all members of the project, especially the design and implementation teams, whether or not of the same company.
We propose in this article a methodology for monitoring and control of time during the execution of construction projects based on a thorough check of each one of the subcontractors, making them share in the project's objectives.
