    Resumen
This paper offers a general risk management procedure applied to synchronized supply chains. After carrying out a thorough review of the literature and taking as reference the international standard ISO 28000, the most important steps that allow organizations to carry out risk management of the supply chain to which they belong are gathered in the same document. Steps such as defining the context, identifying and analyzing risks or controlling and reviewing them are some of the main points of this work. At the same time, we carried out a practical case in which the execution of said procedure is carried out in a real supply chain located in the city of Jaén. In this case of a specific study, the most important risks and those that require an earlier treatment will be discussed. In addition, a series of suggestions and ideas will be established that allow said organization to improve the results we have obtained in risk management.
