It is considered essential, in any project, the establishment, monitoring and compliance with quality specifications, reflected in the Project Quality Plan, which defines how they will be achieved, as well as the procedures to carry them out. The case study corresponds to a Spanish engineering company, subcontracted to perform the work of foundation and installation of solar trackers, as well as the installation of photovoltaic modules in the northern area of Chile, and must comply with the regulations on Risk Prevention. The director of the project is the executive responsible for the quality of this, responsible for the production department, for the approval of the deliverables of the project, among which is the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, for which the safety and health in the Work is not an element alien to the competences that the Project Director must develop. In this way, the integration of safety and health is strengthened, identifying from the initial phase of the project the activities necessary to perform the evaluation of the performance of the Management System, it is possible to establish those responsible for monitoring, measuring and reporting the indicators.
