    Resumen
    In the first decade of the century , the PPM "Project Portfolio Management" has gained importance in practice and, consequently, has received attention as a field of academic and industrial research , Artto and Dietrich ( 2004) and Gemünden Dammer ( 2006); Patanakul and Milosevic (2009 ) , Archer and Ghasemzadeh (1999 ) define portfolios as a set of projects implemented and managed under the auspices of a specific organization. According to Dye and Pennypacker (1999 ) , a portfolio of projects coordinated investment strategy of an organization and provides greater benefits to the organization beyond the results of the project managed independently by leveraging synergies. Amendola . L. , 2008 , to implement projects in industry asset management , this is conducted under the PPM methodology , rules and standards of asset Management propose the creation of a multidisciplinary team for the development stage of the project , involving staff of each of the business areas , considering all levels of the organization to ensure that the activities undertaken in each of the projects are aligned to the business culture and the needs of the organization.
