It´s necessary that a project management methodology implementation, to achieve the defined objectives, take into account all the areas in which action is needed. The first one is the organization and second one are all the tasks that it´s necessary to carry out in the project and the implementation plan. Project Management allows its own methodology to plan the technical aspects of a particular project, along with its resources and necessary deadlines to complete its implementation. Furthermore, it allows an improvement in efficiency, improving the coordination of activities by optimizing the available resources.
This paper shows the implementation of a new Management technology in power generator installations. Such methodology implies the differentiation of management schemes depending on the critical nature of the project, with a work planning and communication flow proper defined in advance. Also, the proposed methodology presents an adequate monitoring plan of the cost as well as the schedules and requirements of the client
