GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS SINGULARES EN OBRAS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN

Abstract

Project management in civil engineering construction projects that can be called "special" at both the design and undertaking levels must be more exhaustive, if possible, than other civil engineering projects of similar properties in their control, given their very special nature. In this type of project, involving parameters of urban requirements in the municipality itself, architectural requirements arising from the commission or designer, technical requirements arising from the construction itself and needs at the installations level which are increasingly complex and require greater imagination when integrating them into the construction itself, either to hide them or for them to remain clearly visible. This article summarises those doubts and problems encountered by technicians responsible for managing this type of project, evaluating them and analysing the possible solutions that could be used.
