EFICIENCIA EN LA GESTIÓN DE PROGRAMAS I+D+I
Resumen
This article begins by describing the program management through defining its components, always bearing in mind that within each program there may be R&D&I projects of different characteristics to the implementation projects. On the one hand, the 166000 standards are presented as a very valid methodology for R&D&I project management. On the other hand, the paper shows several difficulties and errors that usually appear in the project management, which can lead either to the failure of the program or not achieve the objectives set initially out. Furthermore, suggestions are given about how to plan, monitor and follow this kind of programs in order to reach their most efficient management. Finally, the article proves that good management which plans and monitors efficiently, in addition to good training in this type of project, will lead to the success of the program over estimated time and cost.
