LA CREATIVIDAD: FUNCION DEL CONOCIMIENTO Y LA DEFINICION
Nowadays companies know that an adequate renovation of their products permit them to improve their economical benefits. An important question is to find improvements in the products in a programmed and systematic form. This paper try to show that after a creative session the quality of the appeared ideas are better when higher is the level of knowledge given to the participants, and also, when the proposal problems are better defined. This paper shows that the quality of the obtained ideas are better when the creative session has demanded a great previous work. Keywords: Innovation, creativity, knowledge.
