Spanish population assures not to still buy them, comfort and lack time to cook are being argued as reasons to consume. The innovation perspective of this study is the type of
Prepared Plate: Ternasco de Aragón. To generate innovating product portfolio based on a product of high quality - when the pre-existing ones in the market are perceived as of low quality- requires, in the first place a great investment in successive projects of R&D; Secondly to base it on a great knowledge of the type of buyer of lamb meat; Finally on a welltaken care of communication. From the study made in 449 homes, 1,234 buyers in the sale place and 23 interviews to professionals of the slaughter, now it is possible set up several projects to develop innovating and high quality products in order to satisfy the demands of the habitual consumers of lamb meat and revolutionize the perception of the new prepared product buyers.
