MEJORAS EN LA SEGURIDAD CONTRA INCENDIOS EN CENTRALES HORTOFRUTÍCOLAS

Abstract

In the past XVII International Congress on Project Management and Engineering we presented a paper in which was manifested how loads of packages occasionally stored in the fruit and vegetable plants can lead to a greater risk of fire than usually considered. In addition, it was estimated the actual fire curve for some configurations. This article brings us back to analyze the most common fire risk factors in this kind of plants and consider possible measures to minimize or eliminate it.
