| dc.description | En el pasado XVII Congreso Internacional de Dirección e Ingeniería de Proyectos presentamos una ponencia en la que se ponía de manifiesto cómo las cargas de envases ocasionalmente almacenadas en las centrales hortofrutícolas pueden dar lugar a un riesgo de incendio mayor del habitualmente considerado, al igual que se calculaba la curva de incendio real para algunas configuraciones. En el presente artículo retomamos el tema para analizar los factores de riesgo de incendio más comunes en las centrales hortofrutícolas y estudiar las posibles medidas para su minimización o eliminación. | dc.description.abstract | In the past XVII International Congress on Project Management and Engineering we presented a paper in which was manifested how loads of packages occasionally stored in the fruit and vegetable plants can lead to a greater risk of fire than usually considered. In addition, it was estimated the actual fire curve for some configurations. This article brings us back to analyze the most common fire risk factors in this kind of plants and consider possible measures to minimize or eliminate it.
