GESTIÓN DE RELACIONES CON PROVEEDORES EN EL APROVISIONAMIENTO DE SERVICIOS INFORMÁTICOS
Resumen
The article analyses the use of procurement traditional and strategic model in the services acquisitions based in knowledge management. Using the example of IT services, and after a brief introduction on procurement processes, we distinguish the different typologies of IT services and of procurement mechanisms that are generally used.
Then, the model is applied to four companies: two belonging to the financial sector, one from the telecom and one from the public sector. The conclusions show an analysis of the fitness of the procurement mechanisms used in the variety of service typologies, based in the experiences of the four cases.
