LA GESTIÓN DE LA I+D+I EN LAS UNIVERSIDADES ESPAÑOLAS

Abstract

The new role that universities possess in the innovation, was promoted from an evolution both of own universities and of the social frame in one that is inserted This way, university research turns into one of the props of the development of the society But, this new role, carries new difficulties and challenges organizacionales to an institution of for if complex [1], [2]. In this process of adjustment the universities varied models of management have tested, to give fulfillment to the expectations of the society. The intention of this paper is to understand since there are managed the projects of R+D+i in the Spanish universities. The analysis is realized from a field study that shows that the researchers, feel left and lacking in the necessary resources to manage the projects of R+D+i.
