| dc.description | El nuevo papel que las universidades juegan en la innovación, fue promovida a partir de una evolución tanto de las propias universidades como del marco social en el que se insertan. Así, la investigación universitaria se convierte en uno de los pilares del desarrollo de la sociedad. Pero, este nuevo papel, conlleva nuevas dificultades y desafíos organizacionales a una institución de por si compleja [1], [2]. En este proceso de adaptación las universidades han ensayado variados modelos de gestión, para dar cumplimiento a las expectativas de la sociedad. El propósito de este papel es comprender como se gestionan los proyectos de I+D+i en las universidades españolas. El análisis es realizado a partir de un estudio de campo que muestra que los investigadores, se sienten abandonados y carentes de los recursos ecesarios para gestionar los proyectos de I+D+i. | dc.description.abstract | The new role that universities possess in the innovation, was promoted from an evolution both of own universities and of the social frame in one that is inserted This way, university research turns into one of the props of the development of the society But, this new role, carries new difficulties and challenges organizacionales to an institution of for if complex [1], [2]. In this process of adjustment the universities varied models of management have tested, to give fulfillment to the expectations of the society. The intention of this paper is to understand since there are managed the projects of R+D+i in the Spanish universities. The analysis is realized from a field study that shows that the researchers, feel left and lacking in the necessary resources to manage the projects of R+D+i.
