The number of organizations that use the project management have increased, especially in the industrial world. Perhaps the increase in the use of project management in the industry is because often the technology needs the expert knowledge of many people, many people who has to be employed at harmony to fulfill a certain target, opposite to the genius of the only person working alone. Now the key question comes: What can the client do so that the manager centers on the results? Really, the client is who directs. The client can demand, need, specify, as well as accept the results. How does this do?
The application of Balanced Scorecard in the electrical industry has been possible with a culture collaborative; transparence of information, communication, motivation of the
employees, delegation of authority and multifunctional teams. The decisions and results of the use of the BSC model have reflected the progress in the contribution of the company to the chain of value of the client.
