LAS SOCIEDADES PROFESIONALES EN LA INGENIERÍA DE PROYECTOS.APLICACIÓN DE LA LEY 2/2007

Abstract

The Law 2/2007, of March 15, regularizes the carrying out of a professional activity for a group of graduates and who belong to a professional college. This law tries to guarantee the juridical safety for the society, as well as to guarantee clients and users. The project engineering goes away to see affected by this Law due to since a considerable number of offices of professional exercise that are going to have to adopt this new figure of professional societies. The application of the Law will need some actions on the part of the Official Colleges since they will have to create, organize and put in function the Records of Professional Societies and to adapt the disciplinary corporate rate. From another side the Law shows some points that need an explanation for its suitable application. The aim of the present work is to analyze the content, to expose more controversial questions and to conclude with more adapted directives for its application. Keywords: professional societies
