| dc.description | La Ley 2/ 2007, de 15 de marzo, regulariza el ejercicio en común de una actividad profesional por un grupo de titulados e inscritos en un colegio profesional. La misma trata de garantizar la seguridad jurídica para la sociedad, así como la garantía para clientes y usuarios. El campo de la ingeniería de proyectos se va ver afectado por esta Ley, ya que un considerable número de oficinas de ejercicio profesional van a tener que adoptar esta nueva figura de sociedad profesional. La aplicación de la Ley va a necesitar algunas acciones por parte de los Colegios Oficiales ya que deberán crear, organizar y poner en funcionamiento los Registros de Sociedades Profesionales y adecuar los regimenes disciplinarios corporativos. De otra parte la propia Ley presenta algunos puntos que necesitan una aclaración para su adecuada aplicación. El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar el contenido, exponer las cuestiones mas controvertidas y concluir con las directrices mas adecuadas para la aplicación. | dc.description.abstract | The Law 2/2007, of March 15, regularizes the carrying out of a professional activity for a group of graduates and who belong to a professional college. This law tries to guarantee the juridical safety for the society, as well as to guarantee clients and users. The project engineering goes away to see affected by this Law due to since a considerable number of offices of professional exercise that are going to have to adopt this new figure of professional societies. The application of the Law will need some actions on the part of the Official Colleges since they will have to create, organize and put in function the Records of Professional Societies and to adapt the disciplinary corporate rate. From another side the Law shows some points that need an explanation for its suitable application. The aim of the present work is to analyze the content, to expose more controversial questions and to conclude with more adapted directives for its application.
