    Resumen
    The first producer of copper of world is Chile, and the principal deposits with the best laws of this metal, they are located in the Atacama Desert, North of Chile. In latter 20 years the increase of the explosive consumption of energy has expanded to an annual rate of 7, 5 % approximately provoked specially to industrial mining consumers. In agreement to these rates the country has had to duplicate your capacity of electrical supply in latter 10 years. In this publication there are analyzed the problems that have influenced in development of management electrical projects in the Chilean North, for it there is checked the project portfolio of both generating principal ones of SING. The results show that important projects of last technology of electrical generation, they have failed product of faults detected in the cycle of life of the projects and your post operation.
