ESTRATEGIAS DE GESTIÓN APLICABLES EN LAS UNIVERSIDADES PARA LA FORMACIÓN DE EMPRESARIOS-EMPRENDEDORES
Resumen
This work of Investigation intends to contribute with the modernization and educational development of the universities, through the definition of applicable strategies of
administration that guide the formation of entrepreneur highly differentiated of the traditional managers. As for the proposed strategy one has that the universities should commit deeply and to redefine the profile of their graduates, in function of the current sociocultural and economic scenario in which they act. It implies importants changes in the objectives of the university careers through an integral plan guided to the development of attitudes of entrepreneur that promotes an atmosphere of work stimulant, and that they to consider it as the place more significant for their personal interrelation. The universities if want to face the changes successfully with better tools, to continue in the development process and to play a protagonistic role inside the new educational and managerial outlines; they will be qualified to respond particularly to the challenges that it imposes the modernity, the new knowledge and the globalization, in the environment of the formation of professionals, where it is imperative to reach high levels of quality in the teaching, leaving from a triple focuses: Psychological, Sociocultural and the Managerial Focus.
